About me..

Hi, I’m Jessica—artist, naturalist, homeschooling mama, and Jill of all trades. My work lives at the intersection of myth, memory, and desert ecology. I paint stories rooted in place, create soul-nourishing journals with my mom and best friend, and tend both gardens and people with equal care.

By day, you might find me building pollinator habitats, walking dogs through mesquite-lined washes, or sketching birds in the Chiricahuas. I believe that creativity, caretaking, and community are inseparable—and that art is a tool for healing, resistance, and radical imagination.

Whether I’m guiding journal prompts, painting mythic landscapes, or restoring native plants, my work is about re-connection—to land, to self, and to story.
